Ideas are not property
When is the world going to realize that ideas cannot be owned, and thus cannot be stolen?

The owners of a rival social networking Web site are trying to shut down Facebook.com, charging in a federal lawsuit that Facebook’s founder stole their ideas while they were students at Harvard.
What matters is the execution, not the idea. A lot of people have good ideas, but the idea by itself is worthless unless you can bring it to fruition.
